WF Shield
The WF Shield is a new event devised by Dave Croucher. The competition will be played in a one round league format, with the following tweaks.
Games will be 12.5 minutes one way
3 points to be awarded for a win, one for a draw
Where a match is tied one bonus point will be awarded to the winner of a shootout
Shootouts will be concluded after 3 shots if one player is ahead, after that shots continue as sudden death
In the shootout players may decided from which side of the pitch they'd like to start their shots from
The WF Shield does not carry any SFA Qualifying points
